Tracey Glenn serves as the Business Development Consultant for Jumbl. She works closely with chambers of commerce, associations, nonprofits, and membership-based organizations to help them identify technology solutions that strengthen engagement, streamline operations, and support long-term growth. Having partnered with Element 74 and Jumbl since 2020, Tracey possesses a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face as they navigate growth, change, and evolving member expectations. As a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management graduate, former chamber of commerce executive, and current chamber board member, Tracey has real-world experience with membership management, recruitment, event planning and management, communications, advocacy, leadership program management, and more.

With a career spanning communications, chamber leadership, association management, consulting, and professional development, Tracey has dedicated her work to helping organizations build stronger connections with the people they serve. Throughout her career, Tracey has worked with business leaders, volunteers, elected officials, association professionals, and community stakeholders to advance organizational goals, develop leadership capacity, and create meaningful engagement opportunities. Her experience gives her a unique perspective on the operational, communication, and membership challenges organizations encounter, as well as the practical solutions needed to overcome them.

With Jumbl, Tracey focuses on helping organizations find the right technology partner to support their mission and future growth.
