Saroj Tripathi is an Application Developer at Jumbl, where he works across the full stack to build and maintain features that power the platform for associations, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and other membership-based organizations. With four years of experience in software development, Saroj brings hands-on technical expertise to both the ongoing evolution of Jumbl’s product and the day-to-day reliability of its systems.
In his role, Saroj is hands-on with the code, developing new features and resolving bugs to ensure the platform remains reliable and easy to use as it grows. He also works closely with the client-facing support team, providing technical assistance with data migration and third-party service setup, keeping him connected to the real challenges organizations face when onboarding and using the platform.
One of Saroj’s proudest contributions has been automating what was once a manual, time-consuming process: migrating raw client data into Jumbl during onboarding. By building advanced import features, he helped turn a tedious, error-prone task into a streamlined part of getting new clients up and running.
Saroj holds a Master of Science in Technology Management, with a focus in Computer Networking and System Administration. This background gives him a strong foundation in systems-level thinking, which he utilizes when building features that need to hold up reliably at scale.
Saroj finds particular fulfillment in solving real-world technical problems and translating complex requirements into functioning features that deliver tangible value.
