With six years of experience in software development specializing in full-stack API development, Nisha brings deep technical expertise to both the architecture of Jumbl’s systems and the ongoing evolution of its product.

In her role, Nisha is hands-on with the code, developing and maintaining features that meet the needs of Jumbl’s users while ensuring the platform remains reliable, secure, and easy to scale. She works closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into practical, well-engineered solutions, balancing technical trade-offs to deliver features that hold up as the platform grows.

Beyond implementation, Nisha plays an active role in shaping the product’s direction. She regularly drafts new feature ideas and creates detailed implementation plans that enhance Jumbl’s capabilities, thinking through not just how a feature should work, but how it fits into the broader system. Her approach combines strong technical judgment with a focus on scalability and maintainability, ensuring new functionality integrates smoothly into the existing platform while continuing to meet evolving user needs.

Nisha also brings a leadership presence to the team, contributing to a collaborative environment built on shared best practices and continuous improvement. Her steady, detail-oriented approach helps set a strong standard for how the team approaches development, from code quality to day-to-day problem-solving.

Nisha holds an MSc in Applied Computer Science and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every stage of the development process, from initial concept through implementation and long-term maintenance. She is committed to leveraging technology for meaningful social impact, both through her technical work and her broader engagement with the tech community.

Beyond work, Nisha is dedicated to empowering women in tech through mentorship, advocacy, and initiatives. She serves as an Executive Member of Nepali Women in Tech, supporting efforts aimed at helping women lead as innovators in the industry, with a vision for a future where women are well-represented at every level of the tech field.
