Implementation and Support Specialist
Meghan Rosenkranz serves as Implementation and Support Specialist at Element 74, Inc., where she supports Jumbl and Coalition Manager clients through implementation, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and ongoing system support. Her work connects client support, product knowledge, documentation, and process improvement, helping translate real-world client needs into clearer guidance and more effective use of the platform.
Meghan brings a background in public health, evaluation and nonprofit services to her role. Before joining Element 74, she worked in research and evaluation roles focused on data collection, program assessment, grant reporting, training and technical assistance, and resource development. Her career has centered on helping organizations use information more effectively to understand needs, improve programs, and communicate impact.
Meghan also used Coalition Manager as a client, giving her firsthand experience with the platform from the perspective of the coalitions and nonprofit teams who rely on it every day. That experience continues to shape her approach to support, implementation, training, documentation, and client communication.
That same evaluation-minded approach drives her work today. At Element 74, Meghan is especially skilled at translating complex system behavior into clear, practical guidance. Her work often connects client questions, recurring support patterns, documentation needs, and product feedback. She has played an important role in developing and improving client-facing resources, including handbook updates, training materials, feature documentation, and internal support processes.
Meghan is passionate about helping organizations build capacity, streamline processes, and use information more effectively, whether that means telling a clearer story with data, improving internal workflows, or making complex systems easier to understand.
Meghan holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Outside of work, Meghan can usually be found with her dog Remy, searching for thrift sale treasures, and working on DIY house projects.
