Jodi O’Toole serves as Director of Product Evolution for Jumbl, where she helps shape the platform’s growth and evolution for associations, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and other membership-based organizations.

Since 2008, Jodi has worked at the intersection of association management and technology. Her career began with a trade association, where she managed the organization’s association management system, website, data, and IT operations. Since then, she has served in leadership and consulting roles, helping dozens of membership organizations improve processes, modernize systems, and make better use of technology.

Throughout her career, Jodi has worked extensively with various association management systems, website platforms, reporting tools, integration partners, and even hardware solutions. She has guided organizations through system implementations, process improvement projects, compliance requirements, digital transformation initiatives, data management challenges, and operational efficiencies that allow small teams to accomplish more with limited resources.

Jodi’s passion is helping organizations find practical, affordable solutions to everyday challenges. Having worked closely with associations that often lack dedicated IT staff, she understands the importance of technology that is intuitive, efficient, and supported by a true partner. She believes organizations should be able to focus on serving their members and not managing complicated software.

At Jumbl, Jodi’s focus is ensuring the platform remains powerful enough to support growing organizations while staying simple for staff and members to use. She is especially passionate about helping organizations streamline operations, improve access to information, and adopt technology that delivers immediate value without unnecessary complexity.
